Ltd, with the former holding 51% shares and the latter holding 49% shares. InfoSky was formally put into operation on Jan. 1, 2001 and it mainly provides airlines, airports and agents with air cargo system service, system integration service, software development, technical support service, product agency service, electronic cargo commerce, air logistics solutions and various other services.
