Edward Michael Laborio

Edward Michael Laborio, born in Providence, Rhode Island, is the founder and CEO of Envit Capital, located in Boston, Massachusetts. Envit Capital, is an asset management firm. Envit's parent company went public in the summer of 2008 and now trades under the name; The Envit Capital Group, Inc., with the ticker symbol; ECGP. The firm manages such investment vehicles as hedge funds and Private Equity Funds. Prior to the formation of Envit Capital, Mr. Laborio was a Vice President of investments with the Chicago Investment Group LLC, located in Boston, MA. Prior to working with the Chicago Investment Group, Mr. Laborio was a Vice President in the Institutional Small Business Merchants Department with Fleet Bank located in Providence, RI, now The Bank of America. Mr. Laborio attended Cranston High School West of Cranston, Rhode Island and Keene State College of Keene, New Hampshire.
