Elina Taalasmaa

Elina Marjaana "Lellu" Taalasmaa (b. 30.3.1975 Helsinki) (formerly "Ekholm") is a fictional character in the Finnish soap opera Salatut elämät portrayed by Sanna Luostarinen. The character has appeared in the series from 1999 to 2008.

Elina Taalasmaa is the daughter of Ulla Taalasmaa and Martti Viljanen, but she considers Seppo Taalasmaa her real father. Elina is Kari Taalasmaa's little sister. She is also aunt of Oona Kiviranta, Kari and Laura Kiviranta's daughter. Elina is educations cook. Elina lives with Tuomo Tervajoki and Onni Taalasmaa in Tampere. Snow Team's Elina sell off.

Love life

Elina has been romantically involved with Aleksi Salin and Markus Ekholm. She wed Markus, but Markus, an addict, had a seizure and died during the flight to their honeymoon in Rome.

Elina had a short-lived love affair with Ossi Puolakka, whom she had bribed to father her child. Ossi turned out to be related to Elina, and he tried hide this from her. Ossi and Elina were on bad terms for a long time after she learned the truth.

Elina became pregnant as a result of a one night stand with Tuomo Tervajoki, who was married, and intended to keep the child. Tuomo's wife Salla, who happened to be the cousin of Elina's niece Oona's mother, knew nothing about this. Tuomo didn't want to know anything about Elina or her child, so she decided to go to live with her brother Kari in Tampere.

Elina gave a birth to a baby boy (Onni) and came back to live with her father. She had a relationship with Ossi, but they broke up when she wanted to move in together. Ossi felt that Elina was moving too fast and he wasn't sure if he wanted to be a dad to little Onni.

Now Elina is dating Onni's biological father Tuomo, who decided he loved Elina and wanted to be part of his son's life.
