Big Brother (Portugal)

"Big Brother Portugal" is a Portuguese reality show produced by Endemol for Portuguese channel TVI, after SIC dropped the program.

The TVI launched the competition and, since its beginning, it was a great success.

"Big Brother Portugal" had six editions with two being (Celebrity Big Brother). The popularity of the program decreased gradually until TVI removed it of air.

Big Brother 1

The first Big Brother began on the 3 of September 2000 and finished 123 days later, the 31 of December 2000. The winner of reality show was Zé Maria.

Housemates

Celebrity Big Brother 1

The first Celebrity Big Brother series started on the 8th September 2002 and finished on the 4th November 2002 it lasted 58 days with housemate Ricky emerging the winner.

Celebrity Big Brother 2

The second Celebrity Big Brother series started on the 4th November 2002 and finished on the 31st December 2002 it lasted 58 days with housemate vitor emerging the winner.

Big Brother 4

The forth series of Big Brother began on the 31 of August 2003 and finished 120 days later, the 31 of December 2003. The winner of reality show was Fernando (Nando).
