Jámison Olave Mosquera (born April 21, 1982) is a Colombian football defender, who currently plays for Real Salt Lake of MLS.

Olave played for a multitude of clubs in his native Colombia, before returning to his first club, Deportivo Cali. In January 2008, he accepted an offer to join Real Salt Lake on a 1 year loan deal with an option for the club to buy at the end of the season. On October 9, 2008, Olave scored the first goal at Real's inaguaral game at brand new Rio Tinto Stadium, which helped his team tie New York Red Bull 1-1 to keep their playoff hopes alive
