Catholic Media Council

The Catholic Media Council (CAMECO) is a research and consultancy office in the field of Christian communications in Africa, Latin America, Asia and Eastern Europe.

CAMECO is at the service of Christian funding agencies, Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and other organisations as well as communicators and project holders.

CAMECO offers e.g. support in the fields of planning and financing media initiatives, technical advice on equipment etc.

In addition the Catholic Media Council documents the media situation in the regions by maintaining a specialised library and archive and publishing a quarterly publication "Mediaforum" (in several languages).
