The Black-crowned Palm-tanager ("Phaenicophilus palmarum") is a species of bird in the Thraupidae family.It is found in the Dominican Republic and Haiti.Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical mangrove forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, and heavily degraded former forest.
