Joan Elliott Pickart is a popular United States writer of over 80 romance novels since 1984. She also writes under the pen name Robin Elliott. She is the co-founder of the Professional Writers of Prescott, a member of the national Romance Writers of America, the Phoenix Desert Rose Chapter of Romance Writers of America (RWA), and a charter member and co-president of the Northern Arizona RWA.

Biography

Joan Elliott Pickart is a Virgo. Her mother was widowed young, raised her and her two sisters. She always has a stack waiting to be read, her favourite books are those written by LaVyrle Spencer.

Elliott is the co-founder of the Professional Writers of Prescott, a member of the national Romance Writers of America, the Phoenix Desert Rose Chapter of RWA, and a charter member and co-president of the Northern Arizona RWA.

Elliott is a single mom, she has three grown daughters and two little grandsons, and in 1995 she traveled to China and adopted her fourth daughter, three-month-old Autumn. Joan and Autumn live in the high-pine country of Arizona.
