Format Flip

On November 7th, 2007, WHGB-AM flipped it's calls to WITM and dropped it's simulcast of sister WHCB. Also during this time, WITM picked up a Classic Country and Bluegrass format.

Tower Problems

On August 20, 2008, WITM feel silent because the "owner of the land adjacent to the station's temporary tower" asked the station "to remover a guy wire that was on his property". According to the station's Silent STA Application, WITM would "return to the air when the temporary antenna can be repositioned to comply with its current STA".cite web
