Brendan Tallon was an Irish
soccer player andmusician who was born inDublin .Football career
Tallon played his schoolboy football at the famous nursery club St. Josephs of
Sallynoggin before signing for Bohemians. He played a number of times in the first team in 1984/85 before the talented midfielder got a knee injury. [Bohemian FC match programme, Vol. 43, no. 4] He struggled to make the breakthrough to the first team on his return and despite some fine performances for the "B" team, he was released byBilly Young . Disillusioned with football, he took a year's break but other factors meant he would never return.Music career

The Coletranes as guitarist and lead singer. In 1991, the band had an Irish Top 5 hit with "Wake Up".In the mid 90s, Tallon along with other members of The Coletranes set up
