Gideon Rose is the Managing Editor of "
Foreign Affairs ", and served on the National Security Council during the Clinton Administration. He has been educated at theHorace Mann School ,Yale University , where he was a member ofScroll and Key Society, andHarvard University .Career
In

He received his Ph.D. in government from Harvard University, and served as Associate Director for Near East and South Asian Affairs on the National Security Council from 1994 to 1995.
