Gyuszi Mészáros

Gyuszi Mészáros (born March 16, 1845 in Krassó-Szörény, the Austrian Empire; died February 25, 1933 in Bogotá, Colombia), was a Hungarian violinist, composer, and polymath. Although his musical abilities are generally considered not to have been of the highest order, he is notable for the multiplicity of his achievements and the significant role he played in the cultural life of his time.
