"Rhacophorus dennysi" is a species of frog in the Rhacophoridae family.It is found in China, Laos, Myanmar, and Vietnam.Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, rivers, swamps, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, ponds, irrigated land, and canals and ditches.It is not considered threatened by the IUCN.
