Estonian Minister of Foreign Affairs in exile

During Soviet occupation, the government of Republic of Estonia was forced into exile, becoming Estonian Government in Exile. This government contained only a few ministerial posts, but for obvious reasons, the Minister of Foreign Affairs was one of them.

* In 19441945, the post was held by August Rei.
* In 19531963, the post was held by Aleksander Warma.
* In 19641982, the post was held by August Koern.
* In 19821990, the post was held by Elmar Lipping.
* In 19901992, the post was held by Olev Olesk.
