Pearse Og Club inArmagh City recently secured a 30-year lease on Ballycrummy complex. They have developed this area with a playing area the same size asCroke Park , training facilities, changing rooms and hope to build an indoor sports hall to the expenditure of £500k. The initial phase has been completed, comprising playing and training pitches, together with floodlighting and dressing rooms.The founding members of
Pearse Og Charlie McQuade, Felix McStravick, Sam Johnson, Gene McStravick, Eugene McKenna, Gerry Cush and the legendary Ulster footballer 'Big Jim McCullagh, had in chosen the clubs home ground to be at the Athletic Grounds at Drumarg in the heart of the West of the City. But due to the ongoing work to the Athletic Grounds the Pearse Og Club was forced to look for a new home.Web-Site
