Sise-Neg is a fictional character in the Marvel Universe.

Fictional character biography

Sise-Neg ("Genesis" spelled backwards) was a 31st century sorcerer who time-travelled back through history, collecting all magical energies. He once impersonated Cagliostro [Marvel Premiere #13] . When Sise-Neg reached an ancient time before the arrival of the First Host of the Celestials, Shuma-Gorath ruled the Earth and commanded human sacrifice, until Sise-Neg banished him. When Sise-Neg reached the beginning of the universe, he became all-powerful and one with the cosmos, and created the universe anew.
