"Phyzelaphryne miriamae" is a species of frog in the Leptodactylidae family. It is monotypic within the genus "Phyzelaphryne".It is found in Brazil and possibly Bolivia.Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.It is threatened by habitat loss.
