"Phlyctimantis keithae" is a species of frog in the Hyperoliidae family.It is endemic to Tanzania.Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes, subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, intermittent freshwater marshes, heavily degraded former forest, and ponds.It is threatened by habitat loss.
