Edward Eicker (composer)

Edward Eicker composes music for piano, organ, voice, chorus and orchestra. Many of his works have been performed throughout the United states and abroad. Most recently, his work for strings received its premiere by the Knox Galesburg Symphony, under the direction of Bruce Polay. His organ works are frequently performed by organists around the country in venues such as Chicago's Cathedral of the Holy Name, and L.A.'s Cathedral of Our Lady of Angels.

Some of his recent commissions have come from World Library Publications, The CUBE Ensemble and Immaculate Conception Church, Chicago.

Eicker's organ music is published by Augsburg Fortress and World Library Publication. His choral music is published by GIA Publications, Inc., World Library Publications and Graphite Publishing.

Eicker is currently the Director of Music at Immaculate Conception Church in Chicago.
