"Scinax blairi" is a species of frog in the Hylidae family.

Habitat and Ecology

It is endemic to Colombia.Its natural habitats are moist savanna, freshwater marshes, pastureland, plantations , rural gardens, ponds, irrigated land, seasonally flooded agricultural land, and canals and ditches.
