The Sapito Acollarado Orocostense ("Mannophryne herminae") is a species of frog in the Dendrobatidae family.

It is endemic to Venezuela.

Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, and rivers.

It is threatened by habitat loss.
