Jonathan Reis (born on June 6, 1989 in Contagem) is a Brazilian footballer who is currently under contract with PSV Eindhoven. He signed a professional 5-year contract with PSV in the summer of 2007, after earlier trials with AFC Ajax and PSV Eindhoven in the fall of 2006.

In May 2007, Jonathan Reis scored 2 goals to clinch a victory for PSV's A1 squad at the Terborg tournament. The squad beat a Boca Juniors youth team in the final, with three goals to two.

Reis broke his foot in March 2008. He prematurely removed the cast from his foot in the summer of 2008, which caused another crack in his foot and made him miss the PSV pre-season.
