"Amietophrynus funereus" is a species of toad in the Bufonidae family.It is found in Angola, Burundi, Republic of the Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Gabon, Rwanda, and Uganda.Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and rivers.It is threatened by habitat loss.
