"American Sports Cavalcade"' was an American Motorsports Show produced by Diamond P Sports, that ran on TNN (The Nashville Network) from 1983-1995. This show was hosted by 1st, Ed Bruce, then Paul Page, then Steve Evans. Other announcers on this show included Drag Racing legend "Big Daddy" Don Garlits, and Brock Yates, who had been famous for writing movies such as Cannonball Run. This show featured a panorama of motorsports events, such as Motocross Racing, IMSA Racing (back in the 80's), The Copper World Classic (for open wheeled winged sprint cars, and stock cars), NHRA Championship Drag Racing (both Pro, and Sportsman in separate shows), and even Swamp Buggy Action.This show usually ran on Saturdays, and Sundays, during TNN's TNN Motorsports.

Former Host Paul Page currently hosts NHRA Powerade Drag Racing Coverage, along with former Drag Racer Mike Dunn, on ESPN2. Paul had also covered Indianapolis 500 races, and IROC Races for ABC.
In 1989, Diamond P Sports released a video entitled "And they Walked Away" which was footage from the 1st 6 years of "American Sports Cavalcade", ranging from 1983 to 1988.
