Fredagspils

Fredagspils is Norwegian for after-work mingling, though literally it would mean "Friday Beers".

It is a common phrase used by both the Norwegian expatriot community worldwide as well as Norwegian Companies. The American concept of Happy Hour is similar, though "fredagspils" is almost exclusively on Friday.
