HY LITER

The SPERM HY-LITER is forensic test equipment which uses specific fluorescent labeling to microscopically idenfity human sperm. It is capable of isolating human sperm from any other biological evidence. Additionally, this analysis technology is able to identify sperm samples which might have previously been hidden by other materials.

The way the SPERM HY-LITER works is fairly simple: human sperm is identified with a fluorescent light which would separate the evidence of sperm from other evidence at the crime scene. Used in conjunction with the RSID-Semen (a rapid stain identification test), investigators are able to more quickly determine which evidence samples will contain human DNA. This test is used by crime scene investigation labs.
