"Without Prejudice?" is a game show created in the UK, which involves five random people deciding which one of five strangers is worthy of a big cash prize.

Format

The decisions are based on the impressions and opinions of each contestant as made by the panelists.

The order goes as follows:
*A 15-second introduction of the contestants is shown to the panel. They then must decide who gets eliminated solely based on who gives off the worst impression.
*A short biography of the contestants is shown, followed by the occupation and annual salary of the contestants. The panel then eliminates a second contestant.
*The three remaining contestants are asked about three "hot button" issues (Such as prostitution, same-sex marriage & adoption and gun control). Then, a hidden camera video is shown with the three contestants interacting with actors whom they believe to be contestants. The third contestant is then eliminated.
*The final two contestants are interviewed by the panel. Any panelist can ask any question, as long as s/he doesn't ask what the winner would do with the money. The panel then votes for a winner.

UK version

The original British version ran from 2003 to 2004 and was a 12 Yard production for Channel 4. It was hosted by Liza Tarbuck, with Kieron Elliot providing additional voiceovers in the second series. The prize was £50,000 in the first series and £20,000 in the second, both substantially more than the prize in the US version.

US version

The US version of the show debuted on July 17, 2007 on GSN. It's hosted by Robi Ludwig, and the prize is worth $25,000.

Each episode aired on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. Eastern and Pacific times and is replayed at midnight (ET/PT). It was given an eight-episode order. After the season was done, the show was moved to Sundays at 9pm. The show was then removed from the schedule due to low ratingsFact|date=January 2008 and removed from the network's website. All questions and comments are allowed, except that the panelists cannot ask any financial questions.

Trivia

One of the contestants on the July 24, 2007 episode, Kevin Patrick, appeared as an extra in the 2006 movie "Accepted" during the courtroom scene. One of the contestants on the July 31, 2007 episode was Bobby Mason. Mason, an attorney, was the fifth person to be voted off on "". One of the members of the panel on the episode, Raven Williams, appeared on VH1's "Rock of Love with Bret Michaels" and was eliminated in the first episode. The pilot episode also featured male porn star Jack Venice as a panelist who was removed when his occupation made a few jury members uncomfortable.

Note

GSN has teamed up with several civil rights groups to help promote this show. Among them are the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation, NAACP, and the Simon Wiesenthal Center.
