radio broadcaster, based in Cincinnati,Ohio , which owns approximately 70 radio stations in small and mediumradio market s in the United States. The company has radio stations inColorado ,Illinois ,Indiana ,Kentucky ,Louisiana ,Michigan ,Minnesota ,New York , andTexas .RGCI was founded in 1996 by Terry Jacobs and Bill Stakelin. Jacobs has since retired from the company and Stakelin is its CEO.
