Somerset was a parliamentary constituency in Somerset, which returned two Members of Parliament (MPs) to the House of Commons (in the Parliament of England until 1707, the Parliament of Great Britain from 1707 to 1800, and the Parliament of the United Kingdom from 1801).
Elections were held by the bloc vote system.
History
The constituency was created by the Reform Act 1832 for the 1832 general election, and abolished for the 1918 general election.
