"Saigon Children's Charity" (SCC) - non-profit organization, providing help for disadvantaged Vietnamese children in getting education and a fair start in life. Established in 1992 and based in the USA and England.
The declared organization's pholosophy is to help only the poorest, foster independence and not allowing dependency, not taking away personal responsibility, requiring all beneficiaries (and local authorities) to make a contribution to the project that is helping them.
In 2005 Saigon Children's Charity spent 599,456 USD on its projects.
