California's 26th congressional district in the 2008 Congressional Elections.David Dreier currently occupies the seat and will be running for re-election.Hilsman announced in early March that he would not be entering the Democratic primary in the 26th, but that he would be actively supporting the Democratic ticket in many different ways in 2008.
