Lorven is an educational center that was established in a Rural area of
Bangalore about 20mile s from downtownBangalore . It was founded by Prof.C.Kanthamma and a group of educationists who wanted to deliver affordable quality education inRural Bangalore . Kanthamma who has a double Masters (Master's degree in Science andMaster of Philosophy ) taught atBangalore University for over 30 years before embarking on a mission to have a larger impact onIndia 's future generations.In 2001, Lorven was started with just over 100 students and a few thousand square feet of classroom space. By 2007, Lorven has approximately convert|100000|sqft|m2|-4 of class room space with over 1400 students.
