Ballynanty

Ballynanty, or "Ballynanty Beg", ("Baile Uí Neachtain" in Irish) is one of the older neighbourhoods on the north side of Limerick City in the province of Munster, in the midwest of Ireland. It is generally considered to be a working-class neighbourhood, although it is now on the way to becoming a thriving community with a high standard of living.

It is home to the Ballynanty Rovers and the North Terrace in the famous stadium Thomond Park is also colloquially known as the "Ballynanty End."

Education

It is also home to St. Munchin's infant and girls' school which has a particularly good reputation.
