"Everlasting Love" was the seventh studio album (eighth overall) released by Vanessa L. Williams on January 25, 2005. The album, released by Lava Records, was a cover album of 1970's love songs which featured such songs as "You Are Everything", which was released as a single, "Show & Tell", and the title track originally sung by Chaka Khan and Rufus.

The album received rave reviews and has sold 60,000 copies to date. The album peaked #159 on The Billboard 200 and #57 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums. The single, "You Are Everything" became another hit for Vanessa reaching #16 on the Adult Contemporary charts and #5 on the Hot Dance Music/Club Play and #4 on the Hot Dance Singles Sales chart. It became a major club hit that summer due to Disco club mixes of the song done by Junior Vasquez.
