watershed = The Romanche is a 78 km long mountainriver in southeasternFrance , right tributary of the Drac (itself a tributary of the Isère). Its source is in the northern part of theMassif des Écrins ,Dauphiné Alps . It flows into the Drac inChamp-sur-Drac , south ofGrenoble . The road fromGrenoble toBriançon over theCol du Lautaret runs through the Romanche valley. There are several mountain and ski resorts in the valley, includingAlpe d'Huez ,La Grave andLes Deux Alpes .The Romanche flows through the following "départements" and towns:
