Miguel's Mexican Restaurant is a small chain of restaurants & fast-food stores specializing in Mexican-style cuisine. The franchise began in 1973 inCorona, California as a traditional dine-in restaurant, two years later (1975) the company created a fast food style restaurant. The chain now has three dine-in (Corona, South Corona & Foothill Ranch) and seven fast food (Corona (3), Norco, Fontana, Grand Terrace, & Riverside) style restaurants located around the Southern California area.
