Colonel Sir John Joseph Shute, CMG, DSO, TD, JP, DL (1873 –
13 September 1948 ) was a volunteer soldier, businessman and Conservative Party politician in theUnited Kingdom .In 1896 he was promoted to lieutenant in the 1st Volunteer
