Paul Edison Minner (July 30, 1923 in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania - March 28, 2006 in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania), is a former professional baseball player who played pitcher in the Major Leagues from 1946-1956. He would play for the Chicago Cubs and Brooklyn Dodgers.
