Laja Yang

Laja Yang is a village about 20 kilometre from Laiza on the way from Myitkyina to Bhamo in Kachin State, Myanmar. It was a nice village but Burmese military soldiers killed people, their animals and burnt houses in 1989 then Burmese Military Infantry Battallion No.321 posted in the village, and is the most brutal post so far in Kachin State.
