Emma Rechelle Monk (born May 30, 1991) is an Australian model and television actress.

Early life

She was born in John Hunter hospital and grew up in Newcastle, Australia. She studied at Toronto High where she got involved in the drama class. She is also a model in Australia and still lives in Newcastle.

Career

When Emma was one, she entered her first beauty contest and came 2nd place. She entered many contest and came within the first 3 places. She made her break in modeling when she joined model kids Australia where she appeared in many magazines and brochures. It was when she was in year 9 that she decided she wanted to be an actor and is now working on that dream she has been in a couple of ads and some film clips for Super Hubert’s and her cousin Sophie Monk. Her year 11 drama class has recently won the Mental Health Play. Emma is now trying to continue her acting career with her recently being informed of her upcoming role in a short film. and is starting a role on the Australian TV drama "McLeod's Daughters", as Chelsea McLeod estranged daughter of Regan McLeod.
