Ara bier

Ara Bier is a strong Pale Ale which was created by De Dolle Brouwers in Belgium.

The Architect and doctor who created this Ara Bier had bought a brewery nearby Ostend to create "Weekend" beers. They were considered the "mad brewers". This started as a hobby, and went on to become a successful commercial beverage. It is considered a summer brew. Rich in Kent Goldings Hops and similar to a tripel style. Extra hoppy with a Coriander/vanilla palate. Hints of pepper, orange, clove, comments of bubble gum even, also perhaps a mild tinge of alcohol burn.
