Courtenay Pettigrew

Courtenay Pettigrew is a fashion model whose numerous appearances in "Cosmopolitan" and "InStyle" magazine have earned her a place in the public spotlight. Though less well known than some of her contemporaries, Pettigrew was praised as a good role model for young girls because of the wholesome image she has maintained. Pettigrew was the second major model to graduate from Princeton University.

Personal life

Courtenay grew up in rural Maine before attending Princeton University as an undergraduate. Courtenay is the daughter of Neal Pettigrew, an American scientist of British and Native American descent and Patricia Pettigrew, a Brazilian artist. She is the direct descendant of the British surgeon Thomas Pettigrew.
