Ano Karyofyto

Ano Karyofyto (Greek: Άνω Καρυόφυτο, previously known as Kozloutza) is a settlement in the Xanthi prefecture of Greece (Longitude: 24° 39'56" E, Latitude: 41° 15'25" N). It is located north northwest of Stavroupolis and 39.9 kilometers southeast of Xanthi. In 1981, the population of the village was around 408 inhabitants. In 1991, the population declined to around 159 inhabitants.
