"Hirasea acutissima" is a species of air-breathing land snail, a terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusk in the family Endodontidae.

It is an endangered species, and like the whole genus "Hirasea" endemic to Japan. "H. acutissima" only occurs on Haha-jima in the Ogasawara Islands.
