Reilly’s first ten years in Melbourne involved a variety of jobs, before moving into IT via a business development role at internet service provider
OzEmail . In 1998, Reilly was hired byMicrosoft Australia to work in their ICU (Internet Customer Unit), developing relationships with Australia’s leading ISPs and dotcoms. He started blogging in 2002 while working at Microsoft.
