Foailuga

Foailuga is a Village on the South-west Coast of Savai'i in Samoa. Foailuga is near the other Villages of Foailalo and Satuiatua. Today the Population is under 400. Many of the Villagers have Emigrated over recent years, mainly to the United States and New Zealand. Foailuga is still run by Local Chiefs, and the people are mainly Methodist and Mormon Farmers and Planters. Common pastimes include Volleyball, Basketball, and Kilikiti.
