Baton Rouge, Louisiana ) is an award-winning technologist and speaker. Dr. Judge was a technical expert for theFederal Trade Commission in the 2005 Report to Congress on the Effectiveness of theCAN-SPAM Act. Paul Judge attended
Morehouse College in Atlanta earning a B.S. in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics in three years.
