FC Karpaty-2 Lviv ( _uk. ФК Ќарпати-2 Львів) is the 3rd squad from FC Karpaty Lviv Ukrainian football club. It is considered their junior squad with most of the players under 20 years of age.

Originally, when Karpaty-2 entered the Professional League in 1997-98 they were the 2nd or Reserve squad, but this changed in 2005 when the PFL instituted a Reserve competition of teams in the Ukrainian Premier League.

In 2001, the senior club took over FC Lviv [As of 2006 there is a new club named FC Lviv which has an identical name but has its root from FC Hazovyk-Skala Stryi and FC Hazovyk Komarno] , another club in the city of Lviv and converted them into FC Karpaty-2 Lviv, while the other second team of FC Karpaty Lviv became FC Karpaty-3 Lviv and continued competing in the Druha Liha between 2001-2004.

When the senior club was promoted back again to Ukrainian Premier League in 2006 the clubcontinued to exist as the junior squad in the Druha Liha.
