Girjesh

The word Girjesh is an uncommon name derived from Hindi, literally meaning "Lord of Parvati", formed by joining the root words 'Girja'=Parvati, and 'Ish'='Lord'.The name alludes to Lord Shiva, husband of Goddess Parvati, who are both commonly depicted as observing mankind from the viewpoint of the Himalayas. The synonymous yet slightly different name ' [http://www.girijesh.in/ Girijesh] ' has the meaning "King of the Mountains", formed by joining the root words 'Giri=Mountain', and 'Jesh=Ruler'.
