Gabriel Mercado (born March 18 1987, in Puerto Madryn) is an Argentine football right back. He currently plays for Racing Club de Avellaneda of the Primera División Argentina.

Mercado made his breakthrough into the Racing Club 1st team in 2007, he has represented the Argentina Under-20 team at the 2007 South American Youth Championship in Paraguay and at the 2007 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Canada.
